Managing storage-unit rentals and facility access without on-site staff required a smooth mobile experience: browse units, sign agreements, pay, and unlock doors from one app. No digital platform existed; leasing and access relied on manual, in-person processes.
We built a React Native marketplace where users browse storage units, complete digital lease agreements via DocuSign, pay in-app, and access facilities through IoT-connected garage-door controls. An admin dashboard provides real-time lease and access monitoring.
