An apparel-printing company laid out graphics on production sheets by hand and with manual Python scripts. Nesting by rectangular bounding box wasted material on every run, and the work took hours that did not scale with order volume.
We built a SaaS Shopify app with an online image-nesting engine that packs graphics by true shape rather than bounding box, with collision detection and a drag-and-drop manual override. It includes multi-tenant Shopify integration, a role-based order-management system, and a workflow-automation builder. The nesting engine is written in Rust and compiled to WebAssembly so it runs fast in the browser.
