The client runs a business which has several fleets of tens of vehicles distributed over several physical locations in the UK. Each of these locations manages and operates its own fleet operations and package deliveries using MS Excel, Word Docs, PDFs and pen & paper. The absence of a proper tool to organize, manage and operate fleets results in errors, missing data and inefficiency in operations. The client wanted an application (web & mobile) which they can use for their own operations as well as sell it in the market to other logistics businesses such as themselves.
