Problem
The client deals with all parts of real estate deals i.e. Home buying, Home selling, Concierge services, Lender partnerships, Broker partnerships. They assist their clients in all steps of closing or selling homes. Their incumbent solution was a mix of email, calendar, excel sheets, pape & pen, word documents, etc. They wanted to bring all those services under one roof and make them available in a coordinated manner to their customers.
Our Solution
A marketplace to list or search homes, find a broker, a concierge, a lender. The app provided features like home search (from nationwide MLS feeds), broker search, lender search, declaring open houses, booking open house visits on calendar, value calculator, mortgage calculator, realtime in-app chat between loan officers, brokers and their customers.
Results
The client was able to provide their services in a coordinated way under the same application to their customers, lending partners, brokerage partners as well as offer a concierge service to their customers within the app.
